Our approach

We diagnose before we recommend

Most firms start with a product and look for a buyer. We start with the client and look for the right answer — even when that answer is to do nothing yet.

The principle

Judgment first, products second

“Programs close. Regulations change. Properties sell. The one thing a client keeps is the quality of the advice they were given before they committed.”

That is why the same method sits behind every area of our work. Whether the question concerns a second citizenship, a property in another market or a private investment, the engagement follows the same stages, and you always know where you are in it.

The journey

From your objective to an ongoing relationship

  1. 01

    Your objective

Every engagement begins with what you are trying to achieve — for yourself, your family or your business — stated in your words, not ours.

    You receive

A shared, written statement of the objective.

  2. 02

    Discovery

We build a full picture: nationality and residency, family circumstances, assets, timing, risk appetite and the constraints that are easy to overlook.

    You receive

    A confidential client profile.

  3. 03

    Assessment

We identify which routes, markets or opportunities could realistically meet the objective, and rule out those that cannot.

    You receive

A shortlist, with the reasons behind it.

  4. 04

    Comparison

The shortlisted options are set side by side — cost, timeline, obligations, family implications and trade-offs — so the differences are explicit.

    You receive

A side-by-side comparison you can keep.

  5. 05

    Recommendation

We advise on what suits you and explain why. When nothing on the table does, or the timing is wrong, the recommendation is to wait.

    You receive

A clear recommendation and its rationale.

  6. 06

    Implementation

Once you decide, we coordinate the legal, financial and administrative work with vetted partners and keep you informed at each milestone.

    You receive

One point of contact through completion.

  7. 07

    Ongoing relationship

Regulations change, markets move and families grow. We review the position with you and raise what matters before it becomes urgent.

    You receive

Periodic reviews and early warning of changes.

Coherence

One philosophy across every decision

The subject changes. The discipline does not.

Citizenship

We compare programs on family inclusion, obligations and long-term value — not on which is fastest to sell.

Residency

We match the route to how the family will actually live, including tax, schooling and time-in-country.

Real estate

We assess the property against the role it must play before a single viewing is arranged.

Investments

We frame every opportunity by risk, liquidity and horizon before discussing return.

A normal outcome

Sometimes the right advice is not to proceed

If a program does not fit the family, a property does not fit the plan, or an opportunity does not fit the investor, we will say so plainly. Advising against a transaction is part of the service, not a failure of it.

Start with your objective

Questions

Before you get in touch

The first conversation is to understand your objective and whether we are the right advisor for it. We explain how any engagement would work, and what it would involve, before anything is agreed.

We start from your objective and compare the realistic options. Where a suitable route sits outside what we can arrange, we say so.

Client matters are confidential. Information is shared with partners only where it is needed to act on your instructions, and only with your agreement.

Your situation is different. Your strategy should be too.

A private consultation begins with your objectives. There is no obligation, and no product waiting at the end of it.
